We are currently seeking a Field Quality Assurance Engineer Associate to join our new and dynamic team. This position is located in Atlanta, Georgia and will report to Clarksville, TN factory.

Pay Starting at $63,000 annually

• DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  *Analyze and perform daily audits on the products that are returned to KW warehouse in Atlanta, Georgia and surrounding sites.

  *Make daily audit resultreportsandreport audit results with countermeasures tothe Tennessee subsidiary.

  *Communicate with LG affiliated KW Warehouse, and Pantos warehouse to work on re-commercializing returned products.

  *Analyze returned quality control processand provide feedback and interpretation towarehouse managementor staff.

  *Monitor performance of quality control systems to ensure effectiveness and efficiency.

  *Instruct staff in quality control and analytical procedures.

  *Investigate root cause analysis for quality issues and assist in problem solving

  *Perform data entry and computations on defined quality forms

  *Run reports and analysis for quality issues

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree Quality Engineer or Mechanical Engineer
• Bilingual (Korean-English)

QAULAIFICATIONS

• 2 years of manufacturing experience
• 2 years of Quality Assurance experience
• Experience with troubleshooting appliances is a plus

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Able to lift a maximum of 25 lbs. multiple times a day during a 10 hour shift.
• Bend and stand in difficult positions up to 12 hours; Able to manipulate tools with both hands and stand for long hours.
