Position Overview

Primary Purpose of Position
The primary purpose of a professional that specializes in the recruitment and development of student-athletes in the sport of women's basketball.

The candidate is responsible for all organizing and planning when it comes to the recruitment of Division I student-athletes.

The candidate must be well educated in all NCAA/CAA legislation.

The candidate is required to develop the individual skills of student-athletes through physical training and visual aids.

Candidate must be confident in their ability to scheme and strategize scouts of opponents.
Primary Function of Organizational Unit
The Intercollegiate Athletics Department is consistent with the mission of the University to provide an intellectual environment where students develop a sense of identification, belonging, responsibility, and achievement that prepares them for leadership and service in regional, national and global communities.

Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years experience at the collegiate level. Must have knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
