The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of continuous administrative/office management experience, preferably in a university setting with a focus on student engagement. They should demonstrate some knowledge of the Honors College objectives, NC A&T programs, and the UNC System Office structure. Key qualifications include understanding complex processes, exceptional judgment, organizational and project management skills, as well as interpreting and summarizing information aligning with project goals. Proficiency in various software applications (MS Office suite, Adobe CS6, PeopleAdmin, Banner) . Additionally, the role may involve creating online surveys, registration forms, and generating queries and reports from databases. The ability to manipulate, analyze, interpret, and summarize data is essential. |
