Job Description

Krispy Kremes Equipment Service Technicians are responsible for maintaining the proper running order of Krispy Kreme equipment throughout a given region. This involves installing, servicing, and repairing various types of equipment. Additionally, Equipment Services Technician give advice on preventative maintenance and general care.


A TASTE OF WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Assisting with installing, servicing or performing on-site repairs of complex equipment.
  • Providing technical assistance to shop personnel and guidance on general maintenance and trouble-shooting of equipment
  • Responding to requests for emergency repairs
  • Working under directions and guidelines without direct contact with supervisor
  • Acting as a liaison between department and shop personnel
  • Handling on-call responsibilities by fielding support calls during and after business hours
  • Traveling extensively domestically and internationally as needed using various modes of transportation.
  • Working in the Equipment shop as needed
  • Other duties as assigned


YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to travel extensively; up to 90%
  • Ability to read and understand electrical diagrams and engineering drawings.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Reading and math skills
  • Proven problem-solving skills
  • Two to Five years of previous maintenance/trouble-shooting experience
  • Clean driving record is required
  • The ability to travel by air Internationally
  • PLC experience, preferably Siemens
