Job Description

  • The Program Manager/ PM Relief #3 will have general oversite of the Youth Care Worker Department. The Program Manager/PM Relief #3 will also directly report to the Program Director of this division.
  • The Program Manager/ PM Relief #3 will collaborate closely with the Program Director to report all resource allocations needs, in adherence with contractual requirements.
  • The Program Manager/ PM Relief #3 is responsible for the general oversight and operational performance of the Youth Care Worker Department in an on-site children's residential facility. This position is responsible for ensuring contractual requirements and client expectations are met at the on-site residential facility. Acts as primary contact to the client during on-site events.
  • All services shall be provided in accordance with established standards, principles and ethics of the profession, applicable professional specialty organizations, and the high-quality standard for which Acuity International is recognized.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's level or higher in social services, education, business, residential living, or closely related field in residence life experience will be considered.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (Read, Write, Speak)
  • CPR certification, preferred - while we accept applicants without, all employees in service of this contract require CPR certification
  • Past work experience with oversight in housing and residential living for youth will be strongly considered for this position.
  • 3 years or more of experience training and leading others and adapting to diverse situations.
  • 3 years or more of Operations experience related to housing and residential living.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel as needed.
  • Excellent presentation skills as well as oral and written communication skills.
  • Clean criminal background check and drug screen.
  • Clean Child Abuse and Neglect (CA/N) or child protective services check.
  • Proficient use of computer to include Microsoft Office Products.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions

  • Must have the ability to stand, sit, walk, stoop, kneel, squat, crawl, climb, bend, balance and twist for extended periods.
  • Must have the ability to lift up to 30 pounds on occasion.
  • Able to withstand changing environmental conditions with the weather (rain, lightning, and winds).
  • Must be able to safely maneuver throughout the job site (sports field, construction areas, etc).
