Job Description

  • Provide efficient and effective training and project coordination for Digital Ag Solutions. In this role you will focus on training development and implementation with AgriEdge Managers, AgriEdge Specialists, commercial sales and AgriEdge customers (Certified AgriEdge Partners/Retailers and growers) with a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Develop and lead training for AgriEdge Specialists and their customers in conjunction with the Syngenta Digital Training team
  • Maintain high standards for communications content including written, print and digital materials while adhering to brand standards
  • Manage multiple projects coordinating across diverse team members and communicating effectively with stakeholders to ensure key objectives are met and timelines are followed
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other material required for internal and external meetings including meeting notes & actions for distribution
  • Participate in tradeshows, internal and customer meetings/events including planning, set-up/tear-down and on-site coordination may be required

Please note: The preferred support locations for this position are Murray, KY and Greensboro, NC.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Up to 40% travel is required for this role
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship support from Syngenta

Preferred: 

  • A minimum of 3 years of complex project & operational management experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of customer facing or training experience in a field environment
  • Ability to effectively interact with all levels of management, internal departmental personnel, channel, and grower customers
  • Proficiency in multi-tasking, recording keeping, report generation in a fast paced, deadline driven and continually changing environment
  • Attention to detail with exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs with a capacity to readily & rapidly learn new programs and application
