Description POLITICO + T. Howard Foundation Internship (POLITICO Pro Sales) Are you interested in a career in sales? POLITICO Pro is seeking a results-oriented intern, looking to develop valuable sales experience. This internship will feature exposure to both new logo acquisition sales, account management, revenue operations, and marketing within a fast-paced environment. POLITICO Pro (https://www.politicopro.com/) is POLITICO's policy intelligence platform that arms policy professionals with in-depth policy reporting and a portfolio of tools they need to get the job done. Internship: 6/7/2021-8/27/2021 Hours: 40 per week What you'll do: + As an intern for POLITICO Pro, you will build a strong understanding of the Pro audience and clients through researching and reviewing territories to identify organizations for new opportunities. + The intern will work with the sales operations team to improve data hygiene and ensure accurate information is available to produce sales metrics and analytics. + The intern will assist sales efforts through researching best practices for prospect and client scripting and outreach. They will be troubleshooting client issues through the Pro services inbox and support Pro Marketing on analyzing and optimizing our personas and buyer's journey. What you'll need: + A solutions-oriented mindset, good time management skills and the ability to adapt and pivot quickly. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + A passion for business and strong client service ethic.
