##Job Description
**Objective:** The Nutrition intern will spend time learning about the basics of swine nutrition, swine production, research, ingredient procurement and introduction to feed mill processing and biosecurity. Developing a strong professional relationship with current clients will be essential while also engaging in new growth opportunities.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**
* Understand the basics of swine production
* Attention to detail and data integrity is imperative.
* Willingness to learn and take on new projects.
* Strong communication skills.
* Ability to multi-task.
* Willingness to spend time in hog confinement facilities
* Assist with collection of nutrition research data
* Work with a fast paced, progressive management team.
* Ability to work in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
**MARGINAL FUNCTIONS**
* Assist other team members as necessary.
* Miscellaneous tasks as assigned.

**Education:** 1+ Years of Advanced Education with Agriculture focus****
