ACE home inspection services provide buyers with an independent, objective report of a property’s condition. Our examination covers all pertinent aspects of the home – structure, roof, exterior, grounds, fixtures, appliances, doors, windows, heating and cooling systems, electrical and plumbing systems, as well as the attic and crawl space. ACE inspectors typically take field notes and photos and discuss findings with interested individuals who attend the inspection; the process usually takes 2 – 3 hours. A written report is delivered via email before 0800 the next day. Follow up questions and discussions are welcome. Repair inspections are available.

Home inspections are appropriate for buyers and sellers. A “Pre Listing” inspection allows sellers to identify concerns early in the process or to have the peace of mind that no major defects will be revealed during the buyer’s inspection. If the Pre Listing inspection does identify problems, the seller has more time and flexibility in negotiating and scheduling repairs.
